1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Service" refers to luxury car rental arrangements provided by Luxefare
• "User," "You," or "Client" refers to individuals engaging our services
• "We," "Us," or "Company" refers to Luxefare
• "Vehicle" refers to any automobile provided through our rental arrangements
• "Agreement" refers to the rental contract formed between You and Luxefare
• "Arrangement" refers to Inlet, Current, or Deep Water rental options

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making an inquiry, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To engage our services, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license for a minimum of two years, or a valid international driving permit with appropriate documentation
• Provide accurate identification and contact information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may decline service if requirements are not met.

4. Service Description

Luxefare provides luxury car rental services through three arrangements:

Inlet - Half-Day Coastal Drive

Four to six hours with selected vehicles, including insurance, roadside support, and amenity provisions.

Current - Full-Day Voyage

Full-day access to our collection with comprehensive insurance, concierge support, and generous mileage allowance.

Deep Water - Weekly Immersion

Seven-day engagement with vehicle exchange option, cabin refreshes, and daily concierge access.

Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation. We endeavor to provide the specific model requested but reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher standard if necessary.

A reservation becomes confirmed upon:

• Receipt of required deposit or full payment
• Verification of driver eligibility
• Our written confirmation via email
• Vehicle availability confirmation

Unconfirmed inquiries do not constitute binding agreements.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include:

• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Roadside assistance
• Vehicle preparation and amenities
• Applicable taxes and fees

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment must be received before vehicle delivery.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned within 7 business days after rental conclusion, subject to vehicle condition verification and settlement of any outstanding charges.

7. Cancellation and Modification

Client Cancellations

• 72+ hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund less 10% administrative fee
• 48-72 hours before pickup: 50% refund of total rental fee
• Less than 48 hours: No refund

Modifications

Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and may incur adjustment fees. Contact us as early as possible to discuss modifications.

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide full refund and attempt to offer suitable alternatives.

8. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

Permitted Use

Vehicles may only be used:

• Within Singapore by authorized drivers
• For personal or business purposes as specified
• In accordance with Singapore traffic laws and regulations
• With proper care and maintenance during rental period

Prohibited Activities

Vehicles must not be used for:

• Racing, rallying, or performance driving events
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Subletting or unauthorized commercial purposes
• Transportation of illegal goods or substances
• Off-road or unpaved surface driving
• Operation while under influence of alcohol or drugs
• Exceeding vehicle capacity or load limits

Driver Responsibilities

You are responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, and tolls incurred during the rental period. These will be charged to your account with an administrative processing fee.

9. Insurance and Liability

Coverage Provided

All arrangements include comprehensive insurance with appropriate liability limits. Coverage details are provided upon confirmation.

Client Liability

You remain liable for:

• Insurance deductibles in the event of damage or loss
• Damage resulting from prohibited use or negligence
• Personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Interior damage beyond normal wear and tear

Incident Reporting

Any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues must be reported to us immediately. Failure to report incidents may affect insurance coverage and result in additional charges.

10. Vehicle Condition and Return

Initial Condition

Vehicles are provided in excellent condition. You should inspect the vehicle upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.

Return Requirements

Upon return, vehicles must be:

• Returned with same fuel level as provided
• In clean condition (interior and exterior)
• Free from odors (smoking prohibited in all vehicles)
• Without damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Returned at scheduled time and location

Late Returns

Late returns without prior arrangement may incur additional charges and affect subsequent reservations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Our liability is limited to the total rental fee paid for the affected arrangement
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• Vehicle specifications and features are subject to availability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Luxefare and protected by Singapore intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution of disputes.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxefare.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
